THE DIFFERENCES OF THE RAIL STEELS DEGRADATION
Original language description
The work presents selected results of the analysis of the degradation process of the contact surfaces of railway switches. The research was based on the experimental study of the influence of load specific parameters on the induced degradation mechanism.Verification of results was based on a comparison of experimentally induced damage vs. operational damage of contact surfaces.
