The objective of this paper is to highlight crucial presumptions and problems of actual transport systems in the quality area with relevance to railway transport. The paper is also focused on Mobility management in relation to Traffic system management and the role of information for the railway transport user behaviour. It also deals with the Travel awareness from the transport user point of view. This article focuses on the transport user. It assumes that the Quality management is an instrument of transport user behavior as well as the instrument of economic growth, the efficiency and effectiveness. An efficient and effective transport system can significantly support the economic growth.
