The evaluation and selection of suppliers is crucial task in any organization. Each organization needs to have a supplier evaluation matrix or model in place. This paper brings an example of such supplier evaluation matrix to show. It shows suppliers qualities, strategies and capabilities on whose organization can build their business. Only long-term and reliable suppliers can help to develop quality relationship which can bring fruit to both an organization and supplier because effective sourcing and purchasing can stand only on high quality suppliers.
