Realisation of tests of parts bus-body and frame special vehicle on the dynamic stand
Original language description
Possible ways to reduce the weight of the vehicle and thus reduce its emissions are the use of high-strength materials as well as 3D printing technology of components with a lightweight profile structure. However, the application of high-strength materials and 3D printing products to production requires considerable research into material properties, which may differ from commonly used materials. In particular, it was necessary to verify the strength of welded joints of high-strength materials. For 3D printed elements, the microstructure or anisotropy of mechanical properties may be different in different directions of loading. All this must be verified before introduction into production. The testing of the material and structural parts of the skeleton of the bus body and the supporting frame of the special vehicle, which took place within the solution of the JOBNAC project on a dynamic state, is described in this report.
