The article deals with new technology of region service by public traffic, ecpecially bus service. The system "Dial - a bus" offers individual transport "door to door" to passenger. There are any time tables, any routes no bus stops. Order for this transport is done by phone. Dial - Ride Bus is orientated on the client and offers to passengers requisite individual communication.
