Introduction: To cope with the incurable disease is difficult. The more difficult it is for single parents with minor child. Death of a parent is a minor child always traumatic. The death of one's parents is extremely traumatic. Objective: To identify specific areas of care for this target group both in terms of dying parents and in terms of minor children. Methodology: Group interview with method of focus group with medical and non-medical hospice workers who were involved in the care of this target group. Results: Planning care for dying parents and planning future care of children of single dying parents is difficult. It places high demands on the caregiver and the dying parents and the children themselves. The key role of effective communication within the team and between the team, the patient and her baby.
