Original language description
Software for evaluation frames from a 3D range scanning process. The measurement principle is based on the triangulation method. The laser line in image is segmented by laser Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM). During a frame processing offsets between centerof the frame and single points of separated vertical laser line is estimated and these pixels' offsets are used for distance calculation. This software also contains a module for image undistortion in case of barrel distorted images. The barrel distortion can occur if a used lens with a low focal length is used. The software offers various setting for measurement process.
