Design of CFRP strips anchorage - experimental, differencial equations and mathematical model
Original language description
The main problem of strengthening concrete structures with CFRP strips is an anchorage of externally bonded reinforcement. This paper describes a form of the tests realized at the BUT of Brno two years ago and some results implicating from different properties of anchorage elements. Thetsest results are compared with values obtained from mathematical analysis of anchorage zones behaviour and normal stress distribution along the anchorage length. At the same time is calls attention to possible danger incase that at least one part of the reinforcement system is not functional.
