    The results of analyses and measurements of trough switch sleepers in the new turnout structures for Czech railway corridors are summarised in the paper. The static and dynamic analyses by finite element method were done before the testing and the verification for all design types of trough sleeper. The steel structure of the electric driving device attached to the trough sleeper was analysed too. The analysis results determined sensors distribution on trough sleeper and driving device. The measurementts of the trough sleepers and the driving device were realized in several railway stations. The structures placed in switch and crossing part of a prototype turnout for high speed were monitored in the railway station Vranovice. The results of analyses and measurements are compared in the end of the paper.
