The paper summarizes results of the research concerning tree survival near sewers and other structures. On the base of observation of the tree root system distribution and behaviour were designed recommendations for minimal distances between the tree trunks and municipal objects.

Czech description
Příspěvek shrnuje výsledky výzkumu zaměřeného na životní podmínky stromů v blízkosti kanalizačního potrubí a jiných objektů. Na základě sledování rozložení kořenového systému a jeho chování byla navržena doporučení pro minimální vzdálenosti mezi kmeny stromů a vybranými typy městských objektů.
