Original language description
One of the methods of calculating the energy performance of buildings is a simulation in BSim software. A simple model of a flat was created based on real input data from an existing panel building in Brno. The energy balance of flats on one floor is calculated while several factors influencing the energy budget are observed. The factors include the position of the flat towards different directions and the influence of shading. In this paper we present the results of the simulation of the annual energybudget of the flat.

Jednou z metod výpočtu energetické bilance budov je simulace v BSim softwaru. Na jednoduchém modelu typového bytu s reálnými vstupními údaji dle stávajícího objektu v Brně byly provedeny variantní výpočty energetické bilance. Proměnlivými faktory bla orientace ke světovým stranám a zastínění okenních otvorů. Příspěvek prezentuje výsledky roční energetické bilance variant.
