Concrete Interlocking Paving Blocks Compression strenght Determination Using Non-Destructive Methods
Result description
In this paper, the non-destructive testing methods are analyzed in view of their usability in evalulation of the interlocking paving blocks' compressive strength. Ultrasonic pulse method and impact method (Schmidt impact hammers) were chosen for testing.Testing methodology and way of the results processing considering requests of the national and European standards are described there. In addition, calibration correlations for compression strength and parameter of non-destructive testing method like prropagation velocity of ultrasonic pulses or hardness tester rebound are mentioned in this paper.

Využití nedestruktivních metod zkoušení pro zjišťování pevnosti v tlaku dlažebních bloků

V příspěvku jsou analyzovány nedestruktivní zkušební metody z hlediska jejich využití pro hodnocení pevnosti v tlaku vibrolisované zámkové dlažby. Pro zkoušení byla vybrána ultrazvuková impulsní metoda a tvrdoměrná metoda (Schmidtovy tvrdoměry). Uvádí semetodika zkoušení, způsob zpracování výsledků zkoušek se zohledněním požadavků národních a evropských norem. Jsou uvedeny kalibrační vztahy pro výpočet pevnosti v tlaku z parametru nedestruktivního zkoušení, konkrétně z rychlosti šíření UZ impulsů resp.. odskoku Schmidtova tvrdoměru.
