The paper concerns methods applied for diagnostics of the state and of failures identification occurring in structural elements of the reinforced factory building in which cellulose processing technology is placed.The synergetic effect of surrounding together with the load caused relatively serious failures of individual structural elements.The concept of the building-technical investigation was chosen in a way which respected at the most the specific exploitation conditions of the object.
