Original language description
The creation of the prices of the structural works stems from the costs and the profit. To achieve the profit from the sale of the structural works it is necessary to manage the costs of the production with regards to the coverage of the costs and the profit with the prices of the sale. Therefore the firm has to create the conditions for the check of the costs that are projected into the prices, and by this way to avoid the disproportion among the actually achieved costs of the structural production annd the costs from the costs calculation.

Záměny materiálů ve stavebních pracích mají vliv na změnu jejich nákladů a zisku. Řízení nákladů výroby na jedné straně musí odpovídat tržním cenám na druhé straně. Cenové kalkulace musí být provedeny tak, aby pokryly náklady na výrobu a bylo dosaženo zisku a odpovídaly tržním podmínkám.
