Utilization of secondary raw materials for the building materials' production has a great ecological importance. However the production of these materials may not be always economically profitable. In the frame of the research we are engaged in the influence of new materials made from secondary raw materials on the building structure price, its lifetime and economic efficiency. The influence of the building material on the economic efficiency it is possible to simulate through the use of mathematical meethods on the model situation. For the case study there were chosen representatives: buildings for living. The suggestion of the substitution of materials and their influence on the economic efficiency of the building structure is partial theme of the research VVZ MSM 0021 630511: Progressive Building Materials with Utilization of Secondary Raw Materials and their Influence on Constructions' lifetime.

Czech description

Využití druhotných surovin pro výrobu stavebních hmot má velký ekologický význam. Výroba těchto materiálů nemusí být vždy ekonomicky výhodná. V rámci výzkumu se zabýváme vlivem nových materiálů, které budou vyrobeny z odpadových surovin na cenu stavebního díla, jeho životnost a ekonomickou efektivnost. Vliv stavebního materiálu na ekonomickou efektivnost je možné simulovat pomocí matematických metod na modelové situaci. Pro případovou studii byl vybrán reprezentant budovy pro bydlení. Návrh substituccemateriálů a jejich vliv na ekonomickou efektivnost stavebního díla je dílčí téma výzkumu VVZ MSM 0021 630511: Progresivní stavební materiály s využitím druhotných surovin a jejich vliv na životnost konstrukcí".
