Original language description

The paper deals with the application of the ANSYS program in the assessment of the reliability of a boiler destinated for a plant in an earthquake highly endangered area. The complex computation model of the boiler involves water-walls modeled in full details, pipe systems, burning chambers, pressure vessels, foundation structure with the base slab, etc. Seismic response has been computed using the linear spectrum method. The reliability assessment has been based on the combination of the seismic actions with the static ones. Selected results are presented in the paper.

Czech description

Článek pojednává o využití systému ANSYS při posouzení konstrukce průmyslového kotle. Realizace kotle je plánovaná v oblasti s vysokou úrovní seizmicity. Komplexní výpočtový model kotle zahrnuje podrobně modelované membránové stěny, soustavu trubek a komor, tlakové nádoby, základovou konstrukci apod. Dynamická odezva na sizmické buzení byla řešena metodou lineárních spekter odezvy. posouzení vycházelo z výsledků vnitřních sil získaných z kombinací se stálým zatížením. Významné výsledky řešení jsou uvedeny v příspěvku.
