Original language description

The aim of realized experimental works was the hydrophobization verification of adhesive and screeding materials intended for ETICS. The hydrophobization can be divided in principle into direct and indirect hydrophobization. The direct hydrophobic treatment is based on the utilization of hydrophobic substances either primarily i.e. the mixing of hydrophobization substances with the mixture, or secondarily in the form of impregnation. The following hydrophobizating substances were used in our work: zincand magnesium stearate, natrium oleate, two sorts of mixed stearate and oleate products, microionized waxes and silane hydrophobicum. As reference mixture was used the adhesive and screeding material designed by the firm STOMIX s.r.o. (Ltd) which was hydrophobized in successive steps. Czech description

Cílem prováděných experimentálních prací bylo ověření možnosti hydrofobizace lepicí a stěrkové hmoty určené pro ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems). V práci byla použita tato hydrofobní činidla: stearan zinečnatý a hořečnatý, oleát sodný, dva druhy směsných produktů stearanů a oleátů, mikronizovaný vosk a silanové hydrofobikum. Jako referenční směs byla použita lepicí a stěrková hmota navržená firmou STOMIX spol. s r.o., která byla postupně hydrofobizována. U hydrofobizovaných hmot byly prováděny zkoušky dle ČSN norem, dále zkoušky dle Technických pravidel CZB 2001, Směrnice pro zkoušení ETICS, pomocí kterých lze prověřit použitelnost hydrofobizované hmoty jako složky výztužné vrstvy v praxi a bylo také provedeno studium mikrostruktury.
