Density Patterns in Complex Systems
Original language description
Necessary conditions postulated by Ilya Prigogine for dissipative structures emergency can be found in single-lane microscopic models of traffic flow even in case of vehicles with identical properties. Behavior of such model is investigated from the point of view of nonlinear dynamic theory. Intelligent Driver Model (IDM) has been studied with respect to finite reaction interval.
