VALUATION OF ALL-SOCIETY (MAINLY ECOLOGICAL) SAVINGS WHILE UTILIZATION OF MATERIALS FROM SECONDARY RAW MATERIALS
Original language description
The utilization of materials made from secondary raw materials generally decreases the impact of the investment construction on the environment and on the all society as a whole. This impact is not monitored by common methods for valuation based on the assessing of the financial building life cycle costs. The social seriousness of the materials made from secondary raw materials utilization expresses the rate of social need of natural resources saving respecting the rate of their renew ability and the rate of impact on environment caused by collecting of wastes. In the paper is introduced the supposition of the all-society savings valuation, which comes out from costs for material consumption during the construction and their influence on the total lifecycle costs of the construction.
