Research of actual behaviour of joints in steel structures is solved at the Institute of Metal and Timber Structures - Faculty of Civil Engineering - Brno University of Technology. The paper deals with two sub-questions of header plate connections - 1) actual behaviour of joints with high-strength steel, 2) modelling of joint using rotation and unfolding.
