Mathematical Model of Continuous Welded Rail Track with Y-Sleepers
Original language description
Presently Y-steel sleepers are installed in railway test track sections in the Czech Republic. The Y-sleepers have wider possibilities in using in a continuous welded rail track according their producer. Their construction should increase lateral track resistance. A mathematical model of the continuous welded track with the Y-sleepers and with the concrete sleepers B 91S are described in this article. The beam model was built by a finite element method. Lateral track displacement was monitored in dependent on temperature load and curve radius. 60 E 1 and 49 E 1 rails were modelled.
