    Paper deals with development and testing of inverse reliability system FraMePID 3PB for identification of fracture mechanical parameters and softening laws. For that purpose a typical fracture test is used. Testing configuration is three-point bending test of beam with notch in the middle of the span. The size of the beam is 400/100/100 mm; notch depth is 30 mm. The emphasis is on commonness of proposed inverse reliability system with the view of its usage for concretes with various strengths and ages.System is tested using two different concrete specimens. For softening in tension three softening models are used linear, bilinear and Hordijks law. Result of inverse analysis is the set of material parameters and the most suitable softening model.
