Selected results of fracture experiments on special fibre cement-based composite specimens are presented in this paper. The specimens are prepared from bulk material produced by extrusion technique. The aim of the paper is to verify the effect of the orientation of fibres in the material on values of mechanical/fracture parameter of the extruded composite.
