Building engineering is constantly developing and is influenced by new information and experiences. Buildings should be designed so as to ensure their effective maintenance and repair throughout their life cycle. Today, there are many failures of structures, but there has not yet been created a uniform categorization of defects and failures of building structures and than algorithm for investigations of defects and disorders such as interactive program designed to identify possible causes of defects orfailures in building structures.
