    Within the framework of evaluation of scale effects on properties of air-water flow on stepped chutes the EIS method was enabled to measure resistance of flow. Scale effects were tested on three hydraulic models which differed in length scale. Those were built in scale 1:20, 1:10, and 1:5, respectively. Within the tests performed the resistance of flow was measured and evaluated.
