The main strategic objectives are focused on the research and development of new high-quality kinds of unshaped refractory materials, process improvements during repairs lining for warmth, the use of new raw materials (natural and synthetic) for the production of new composite materials, the study of microstructure products to enhance their performance, development composite materials for the most demanding conditions (very high temperatures, abrasion, chemical corrosion, thermal shock, etc.), the development of new technologies for making precast refractory, improvement of production processes in the manufacture of bricks in order to improve their quality parameters.
