DETERMINATION OF SOIL MOISTURE USING THE EIS METHOD
Original language description
This paper describes a possibility of applying the method of electrical impedance spectrometry (EIS) to monitoring of changes in the content of water or moisture in samples of cohesionless soil (sand from the locality Oostende). An experiment was conducted in the Laboratories at KHBO in Belgium. A relationship between moisture content and conductivity has been determined for simulated soil moisture contents.
