The article presents results from the application of new technologies for air in the operating room. The new technology is due to a change of image flow and elimination of negative air flow in the vicinity of the operating field for the same energy demands, improving the quality and grade is operating field on a standard operating room. The results are presented in a comprehensible form by measuring the particle around the area of the operating room.
