High-temperature devices and new ways of theirs insulation
Original language description
The trend today is in the maximum reduction of production costs. To achieve this result, it is necessary to reduce the amount of energy consumed during the production process. Any energy savings (and associated financial savings) can make a decisive factor in maintaining the competitiveness of the company on the market. One of the ways to reduce production costs is the correct choice of insulation material. It is necessary to achieve the lowest possible price. With the increase of the thermal resistanceof conventional foam concrete we can get material that will combine the advantages of insulating materials that can resist higher temperatures with low-cost lightweight concrete. There are many technical devices with high heat consumption whose currentinsulation is insufficient or even none at all. These devices include furnaces, boilers and chimneys. All currently manufactured insulation materials resistant to high temperatures are either not sufficiently flexible to adapt to diverse
