  • Original language description

    The paper is focused on the fundamental factors associated with initial wind-water interactions resulting in the wave origination and growth. The main wave parameters are represented by wave period (T) and characteristic wave height (H). Their determination is closely related to the parameters of occuring wind. Further, these ones constitute the basic input into the subsequent computations of hydrodynamic events occuring on the point of interaction between water table and shore for purposes of the proper altitudinal stabilization setup.
