Daylight illuminance of corridors with light pipes
Original language description
This paper presents results of computer simulations for optimised design of light pipes for daylighting in internal corridors in buildings. Software HOLIGILM was used for the simulations. A set of corridors with varying dimensions and light pipes assessed the daylight distribution in windowless indoor spaces. Results were compared with standard requirements for minimum illuminance in circulation areas and corridors in buildings.
