This paper deals with experimental verification of ultradian rhythms of the larvae of the house longhorn beetle (Hylotrupes bajulus, L.) using the Acoustic Pack system in an environment where optimum boundary conditions are ensured. For the monitoring ofmoisture field changes in the internal wood structure induced by changes of environment parameters, the Z-metr III device working on the basis of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) was used.
