There are lot of construction companies in the Czech Republic. These companies can be divided into small medium and large. We often see in practice the situation when construction companies are getting into crisis. In case where such a situation arises and is not properly solved and averted, it could lead to serious problems or even the end of all company. One of the possible causes of the crisis own companies projects. Projects may largely influence the company's situation. The subject of the article is to determine the possible methods of risk analysis in a construction company and inclusion by individual type of crisis. The size of the influence will be determined according to the chosen risk analysis.
