Using financial analysis indicators it is possible to compile the evaluation of the construction company from the perspective of financial stability and its performance. For this evaluation can be used elementary methods (horizontal and vertical) methods of financial ratios (liquidity, leverage, profitability and turns) and general indicators. Due to the fact that particular methods use different input data the output data doesn’t always have to coincide. That is why this article deals with the evaluation of a particular construction company, based on selected methods of financial ratios and general indicators, where selected creditworthy and bankruptcy models will be used.
