Development of airflow efficiency in air conditioning units
Original language description
Turbulent airflow in the discharge chamber of the air conditioning unit causes pressure loss of the fans. The air condition units are equipped with fans with performance parameters measured in laboratories under ideal edge conditions, on a circular screen. The installed fans in the real fan chamber do not reach the designed parameters. The goal of technical solutions is to introduce development, which helps to optimize pressure losses of the fan chamber with a free impeller wheel. The first solution describes the principle of air redistributor. The goal is to help the airflow to change the direction of air whirling and to make delivery of air easier from the fan chamber by smooth slide on a sloping surface. The essence of the second innovative technical solution is to introduce a free impeller wheel, which is based on the connection of two rows of curved paddle blades with concave and convex shapes, which produces smaller, more uniform, and together interactive flows. These flows help to change the direction of air whirling in the fan chamber more fluently. The third innovative technical solution is made from modern sustainable material using 3D printing to make a free impeller wheel.
