Original language description
Automatic design of fuzzy controllers should optimize membership function and the rule base in the same time. The method proposed in this paper is capable of solving these problems by means of parallel genetic algorithms with sexual reproduction. Diploidchromosomes with sexual reproduction increase the efficiency and robustness of GAs, and they can better track optimal parameters in a changin environment.
