Similarity Measures for Fuzzy Values
Original language description
The concept of similarity is the key notion in many fields (e.g. case-based reasoning, multimedia databases, expert systems). In this paper, we study selected similarity measures for fuzzy values. We distinguish measures sensitive and non-sensitive to adistance between fuzzy values. We compare the properties of these measures and propose some combined intersection-sensitive measures and a distance-based measure for fuzzy numbers.
