Experimental Study of Thermal Processes in Hydraulic Descaling
Original language description
Experimental program for studying influence of parameters adjustable for hydraulic descaling by flat water jet was prepared. Experimental work was concentrated on the study of descaling in relation to heat transfer. Influence of inclination angle and water pressure on heat transfer is discussed here. The experimental work obtained physically realistic description of the mechanism of heat transfer processes while removing oxides from the steel surface by heat transfer coefficients and by heat flux distrribution.
