Original language description
A new compact equipment for the thermal treatment of pollutants from gases (incineration of volatile organic compounds and carbon monoxide) has been developed. This equipment can be used in various branches of industry (for the treatment of polluted airfrom paint shops, chemical cleaning systems, degreasing processes, printing machines, gas wastes from various chemical processes, for the thermal treatment of off-gases originating in refineries, in production of plastics, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, laboratories etc.). Basic information about experimental research and mathematical modelling including the model validating are described in the paper. Practical alternative arrangements concerning various criteria (equipment type, fluids transport, compactness, energy utilisation) of industrial applications are shown including several examples of industrial cases.

Czech description
Bylo vyvinuto nové zařízení pro termické odstraňování znečišťujících látek (prchavých organických sloučenin a oxidu uhelnatého) obsažených v exhalacích z různých provozů. Toto zařízení může být využito v řadě průmyslových odvětví, např. ke zpracování odplynů z lakoven, provozů chemického čištění, zpracování exhalací z tiskáren a obecně exhalací z chemického průmyslu pocházejících z refinerských výrob, výroby umělých hmot, farmaceutických výrob, potravinářského průmyslu, laboratoří apod. Jsou podány základní informace o výsledcích experimentálního výzkumu a matematického modelování. Na konkrétních příkladech Jsou diskutovány otázky alternativního uspořádání zařízení pro různé průmyslové účely.
