    The acoustic emission analysis is using very progressive in different technical branch for diagnostics machines, instruments, buildings and their equipment. The measurement and measuring circuit are base of diagnostics system. The inaccuracy of measuringresults is determined by using uncertainties in measurement in everyday praxis in the time. This paper is intended above context this uncertainties in measurement on entry diagnostics system and uncertainties of resultant diagnosis.
