Original language description
The method of manufacturing castings by the lost wax proces or investment casting process seems to be one of the best technologies for manufacturing various components, particularly from the point of view of its narrow dimensional tolerance (the so-called NET SHAPE technology). The results obtained corroborate the well-know fact that, from the geometrical accuracy of castings point of view, the critical aspects of investment casting is to correctly define die dimensions, right first time, and to guarantee the highest possible stability of the process in all its stages.

Technologie zhotovení odlitků metodou vytavitelného modelu, tzv. přesné lití, je jednou z technologií vedoucích k zhotovení součástí s konečnými přesnými rozměry. Hlavní podmínkou k dosažení vysoké rozměrové přesnosti je správné definování rozměrů matečné formy a dále udržení všech technologických fází procesu pod kontrolou.
