In the experimental part of the work the measuring was performed on the cylinder block of an 03D engine (the upper and the lower part). Residual stress was determined directly on the casting and on specimens that had been cut from these castings. In thecalculation of ressidual stress, the material constants affect the result in the order of units of MPa. The residual stress values in the interval 0-1 mm are mostly of the compression stress kind while above 1 mm they are residual tensile stress values..

Porovnání experimentu a simulace při stanovování zbytkového napětí u Al slitin
Czech description
V experimentální části práce bylo provedeno měření na bloku tříválcového motoru 03D (spodní a horní díl). Zbytkové napětí bylo stanoveno přímo na odlitku a na vzorcích vyříznutých z těchto odlitků. Ve výpočtu zbytkového napětí je účinek materiálových konstant na výsledek řádově v jednotkách MPa. Hodnoty zbytkového napětí v hloubce 0-1 mm jsou většinou tlakové, zatímco v hloubce nad 1 mm jsou zbytkové napětí tlakové.
