The design of a vibraton microgenerator
Original language description
The paper deals with a design of a vibration microgenerator, which generate electrical energy from ambient vibration energy. The vibration microgenerator is located on the part of a machine, which generates vibration during operation. The mechanical vibration is characterized by an amplitude of 10 ?m and frequency about 35 - 45 Hz. This source is converted to electrical energy by vibration microgenerator. The device is used as a power supply for independent feeding of passive sensors with electric outpuut up to 1 mW. The vibration microgenerator works as an independent source of electrical energy and it provides power for correct function monitoring of machines, engines or mechatronic systems. The vibration microgenerator is a mechanical and electromagnetic coupled circuit. The construction of the mechanical part is tuned up to resonance frequency and it gets moving by permanent magnet through a coil. Owing to electromagnetic induction an output voltage is induced in the coil.
