VÝROBA MASTER MODELŮ TECHNOLOGIÍ RAPID PROTOTYPING NA CNC STROJI POMOCÍ TISKOVÉ HLAVY
Original language description
Utilization of virtual three-dimensional (3D) models in different stages of a product development and construction, formed with the use of CAD systems, enable to solve more and more difficult tasks in much shorter time. Conversion of virtual models intophysical forms (real products) can be done by various technologies. At present, prototype components are commonly manufactured by chip machining (usually on CNC machines), forming, welding, bonding and other methods. The use of technology that works withrapid prototyping (RP) can be regarded as the latest one. RP technology makes the product development shorter, which results in better competitiveness of the product.
