Ab-initio modeling deformations of NiTi
Original language description
The study of B19' (martensitic) and B2 (austenitic) structure of NiTi shape memory alloy under shear, uniaxial and hydrostatic deformation was performed from first principles. The shear deformation was considered for several slip systems. The obtained results complement and extend the already known characteristics of NiTi alloys used in mechatronic systems.
