THE MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF THE MECHANICAL ANALYZER FOR NON-STATIONARY SIGNAL DECOMPOSITION BASED ON AN ARRAY OF RESONATORS

  • Original language description

This paper deal with possibility of non-stationary signal decomposition by mechanical analyzer based on an array of resonators. The goal of this work is design the mechanical analyzer which could be made by MEMS technology. Simple mathematical model of the array of resonators with mutual coupling is described in this paper. Spectrograms of known and also of random non-stationary input signals calculated by the array of resonators are presented in this paper too. These spectrograms showed quite good ability of non-stationary signal decomposition by the mathematical model.
