FEM analysis of the thin-walled horizontal cylindrical storage vessel with two variants of the design in the region of the saddle supports is presented in this paper. The main aim of this work is optimization of the solution of stability loss problem ofthe thin-walled horizontal storage vessels in nonlinear area.

V článku je popsána MKP analýza tenkostěnné horizontální cylindrické uskladňovací nádrže v oblasti sedlových podpěr. Hlavním cílem práce je optimalizace řešení problému ztráty stability tenkostěnné horizontální uskladňovací nádrže v oblasti nelineárníhochování materiálů.
