Design of an Artificial MEMS cochlea
Original language description
This paper deal with a possibility of using of design of an artificial cochlea which should be produced by MEMS technology. A basic mathematical model of the artificial cochlea like an array of resonators is described first and also results calculated for different input parameters like viscous damping and connection spring stiffness of the resonators are presented in this paper too. Finally output electrical potential of piezoresistive Wheatson bridge in dependency of deformation of a resonant two layer beam is presented
