Original language description

We encounter problem with the variable standard deviations and the variable means of proces. Besides stochastic randomness, which can be described by probability theory, uncertainty given by historical experience of an expert appears as well. In the paper, these and other problems are eliminated by fuzzyfication of process capability indices. Finally, established fuzzy capability indices and their application will be illustrated by example.
