    The aim of this study is to assessed the influence of the unbalalnced magnetic pull on the natural frequencies of the rotor of the generator.The magnetic stiffness of the air gap is obtained as a function of the deflection of the rotor of the generator. This dependence is approximated by a power series. The influence of the unbalanced magnetic pull on the natural frequency of the rotor of the generator is studied by harmonic balance method.
